Age Verification & Responsible Drinking Policy

To comply with UK law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from Elite Spirit.
We use age verification processes at multiple stages to ensure compliance:

• Online Verification: When you place an order, you may be asked to confirm your age or provide proof of age through our secure verification system.
   
• Delivery Verification: Our courier partners are instructed to request valid photo identification from any customer who appears to be under the age of 25. This aligns with the UK’s “Challenge 25” policy.

If valid ID cannot be provided, the delivery will not be completed and your order may be returned to us for verification.
